End User License Agreement

  • Legal

Before selecting the ‘, I accept’ button at the bottom of the register window, carefully read each agreement provision. By clicking the ‘I Accept’ button and or downloading or installing the licensed software, you warrant and represent that you accept the terms in this license agreement or use the ‘cancel’ button to abort installation.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, do not use our software. Violation of any of the terms below may result in the termination of your account.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service in the future. Whenever a significant change is made to the policies, it will also be announced on our blog.

  • Responsability

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. RDP Access Control cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You, the end-user, are responsible for your security on your devices.

You are responsible for any activity under your account (even by others who have their logins). You may not use this service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. To complete the signup process, you must provide your full legal name and a valid email address with your company domain name.

You are a business user and are acting in a business or professional capacity. Entering with email addresses as from Hotmail, Gmail etc., are not permitted.

  • Payment

The first payment must be made directly with, for example, iDeal or Credit Card, or any other payment gateway included on this site. A new invoice will be generated every subsequent period and automatically debits the instalment collection from the IBAN account number or the credit card your customer paid the first instalment. Should payment fail, RDP Access Control holds the right to terminate the subscription. The grace period we use is 15 days.

Restitution is not possible; we, therefore, use a free trial period of 14 days.

  • Cancellation of an account

If you wish to cancel your account, please send an email to info@rdpaccesscontrol.com.

If you cancel your account before the end of your current paid up period, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again. All of your information will be inaccessible from the service after the time you paid for expires. Within 60 days of that, all information will be permanently deleted from our software. We cannot recover this information once it has been permanently deleted.

  • Pricing

RDP Access Control reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the service with or without notice.

If changes are made to the pricing structure of services available, existing customers will be given at least 30 days notice via the on file email address. RDP Access Control may also communicate via other means such as blog posts.

RDP Access Control claims no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the service. All site data remains yours.
Should you provide us with feedback, suggestions, and ideas about our RDP control, you herewith agree that RDP Access Control owns all rights to use and incorporate the feedback you provide in any way, including in future enhancements and modifications to the service, without payment or attribution to you.

  • General conditions

Your use of RDP Access Control is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The software is designed with care to meet a need for industry professionals. However, at times some customers may be dissatisfied. This is a fact. RDP Access Control makes no guarantees that the service will meet individual needs or requirements

Features and releases are tested extensively. As with any software, our services inevitably have some bugs. We track the bugs reported to us and work through priority ones, especially related to security or privacy. Not all reported bugs will get fixed, and we don’t guarantee completely error-free services.

Technical support is provided via email or phone, depending on your subscription. Email responses are provided on a best effort basis and may be outside your business hours dependant on your home location.
Some third-party vendors provide the hardware, storage, payment processing and related technology required to run the software.
